​​​How to delete a workflow using SPARK Workflow?

Apply for: SPARK Workflow for SharePoint 2013/2016 and Office 365

Here are the steps on how to delete an existing workflow using SPARK Workflow.

  1. In the List or Library tools ribbon, in the Settings group, click on the arrow of SPARK Workflow button and then click on Manage SPARK Workflows.

    For Office 365 new experience look, click on Manage SPARK Workflow button in the ribbon tools.

  2. For a list workflow, click on delete button of the workflow you want to delete as follows:

  3. For a site workflow, click on Manage Site Workflow in the ribbon then click on the delete button of the workflow you want to delete as follows:

  4. For a reusable workflow (not applicable for Office 365), click on Manage Reusable Workflow in the ribbon then click on the workflow you want to modify as follows:
